Pakuranga Town and Howick merged at the end of 1995.
Fencibles United assumed Pakuranga's Premier League status in 1996.
Kelston / West Auckland
Kelston West changed their name to West Auckland at the end of 1986.
Waitemata / Te Atatu
The Waitemata team moved en masse to Te Atatu at the end of 1991.
Te Atatu assumed Waitemata's Premier League status in 1992.
Blockhouse Bay / Bay Olympic
Blockhouse Bay and Green Bay-Titirangi merged at the end of 1997.
Massey / Waitakere
Massey and Waitakere City merged at the end of 1990.
Grey Lynn / Western Springs
Grey Lynn and Pt. Chevalier merged at the end of 1988.
Cornwall / Onehunga Sports
Cornwall changed their name to Onehunga Sports at the end of 1985.
Lynndale / Lynn-Avon Reserves
Avondale United and Lynndale merged at the end of 1995.
Whangarei / North Force
The Northland clubs formed a composite entry to represent the region in Northern League competitions at the end of 2003.
