Built in Turku for Danish interests, she had a service speed of 11 knots.

She was sold to Singaporean interests in 1976 and renamed "United Sailor", under which name she visited Onehunga in June 1976.

She changed hands again in 1978, and it was while operating for her new Singapore owners that she was wrecked off Wild Point in Male, Maldives, on 21 March 1985, en route to Colombo with a cargo of fish and fishmeal.
